During my stay, I appreciated the presence of a soaking tub and a comfortable bed, which provided a relaxing experience after a long day of exploring the area. the air conditioning worked well to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. the hotel's location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions in San Diego East.

The floors were dirty, and there were stains on the bath linens. Additionally, the presence of dog hair on the couch was off-putting.

location: the hotel was close to el cajon, the night life, and many attractions, stores, gas stations and the night life. lucky that it was just a short stroll away from wendy's, offering food to go. the bed was very comfy and the room overall was brand-new and well-organised. the bathroom was big here.

The place was fairly clean with a very courteous staff from desk clerks to breakfast manager. We appreciated brand-new and well laid out room on top of a seperate king size bed.

The spaciousness of the place in general, the room and bathroom with good decoration and towels smell clean as well as the sheets without stains or odors, the place is good, and especially the bed is very comfortable, these details are very essential and above all priority thanks total.

hotel is fine, from the check in the receptionist very nice and smiling, only that it lacks a little maintenance and hygiene, I found ants and crickets inside the room, vacuuming better especially behind the furniture and inside the closet, requires maintenance, especially the A/C and bathtub in general and in the jets of the jacuzzi because they move and splash, lack of soap in the bathroom and some water to drink in the room, anyway it was very nice quiet and comfortable, still if we return, thanks and see you soon.

Clarion Pointe was a pleasant stay with nice pool and friendly staff. Convenient location near local stores and restaurants, with comfortable beds and modern room decor.

I made my reservation using Booked.net I even got my confirmation number for a $75 aprox +tax room once I arrived the confirmation was not valid even though I had it in my hand so the result was: I paid for a "suite" $130 +tax and please where the hell that room is a Suite????? so I feel like someone stole my money ($55).... so it was a bad experience using your web service and choosing that hotel (this is the first time I feel upset with you)
